Madile Wohnbau GmbH, based in Klagenfurt, has been active as a property developer since 1982 and has since then successfully completed projects throughout Carinthia and Vienna. In particular, the company has acquired a good reputation as a developer of residential properties near lakes. Originally firmly rooted in the construction industry, Madile Wohnbau GmbH is now also the operator of the Apart Hotel Legendär, which has developed into one of the largest tourism businesses in the Ossiacher See region in recent years. The company is currently managed by Dipl. Ing. Axel Madile and his son, Mag. Maximilian Madile, in the fourth and fifth generation.

The complex consists of several buildings with a total of 13 residential units, which are between 80 – 132m² in size. The majority of the apartments have either a terrace or a balcony and the ground and garden floors are also equipped with extensive green spaces. All units are accessible by lift and include a specially allocated cellar compartment as a storage room (which all have a water connection for a washing machine). The residential complex also has 12 garage parking spaces (including storage room) and 9 free parking spaces. These are not included in the purchase price. 2 parking spaces are available for visitors.

Environment and infrastructure

The Finkenstein Auenweg 2 residential complex is located in the middle of the Faaker See leisure and recreation area – among other things, swimming, running, cycling, horseback riding, golf, cross-country skiing and hiking are all possible in the immediate vicinity. There is also a good selection of restaurants such as Terra Sarda, Kirchenwirt or Gasthaus Tschebull, which are all just a few minutes’ drive away. The residential complex is approx. 5 minutes’ drive from Lake Faak and 15 minutes’ drive from Villach town centre (approx. 30 minutes by public transport).

Apart from the recreational opportunities in the immediate vicinity, other well-known excursion destinations such as Krajnska Gora (30 min), Tarvis (30 min), Velden (20 min) and the Warmbad Villach (10 min) can be reached quickly by car.
